Ashley looks at the whole person. She has a way of listening that hears something different - something long-term that has impact. Her approach is thoughtful and strategic, and it gets to the root of what's getting in the way. I've learned a new way to self assess after uncovering that feelings of inadequacy drive my desire to eat. I'm now more careful and intentional, and realize I don't have to do this work alone. Asking for help was big for me, and I'm most proud of myself for taking action to take care of my health.
