Working with Ashley was a huge confidence booster. I was at a loss with how to tackle making the appropriate changes for my body, and I was lacking motivation. It was a huge mental challenge until I found the right help. With Ashley, I never felt judged, and she has a way of creating a comfortable, safe space to talk things though. She's really good at the psychological aspect of making changes, and breaking them down into small chunks. I learned that it's okay to ease in as I'm learning something new - this was hard to get over at first. Now I'm paying attention to what I need to be doing to take the best care of myself. I feel more motivated to exercise, which has been a lifelong struggle, and I feel really confident walking into a new group exercise setting.
