Valentine’s Booty Call

I didn’t want one of my favorite muscle groups to go unnoticed on Valentine’s Day! To flex your love muscles, I’m sharing some of my favorite “Booty” exercises that incorporate core stabilization and balance. 

Complete 10-15 reps / 3-to-4 times per session for a great Booty Lift.  As you’ll see, I wasn’t able to complete all reps on the left side as I had to jump on a call (not a booty call 😉 that I made right on time, however the video shows you exactly how to perform each move with proper form.  Remember… great form tones muscles.    
The run down to get that booty in tip-top shape. You’ll start on all fours with knees under your hips, wrists under your shoulders and a nice neutral spine & neck. 

Exercises:

  1. Fire Burning (toe tap can be combined or performed on its own)
  2. Heart Shaped Box (knee lifts up and around)
  3. Heart Shaped Box 2 (knee pulls into chest, lifts out and around)
  4. Tight Squeeze (shoe laces to back of opposite knee/calf)
