Add Spices To Every Meal

Did you know or did you forget that spices can help stabilize your blood sugar?

According to Dr. Oz, adding at least one spice to each meal – whether it’s cinnamon, cloves, oregano, cayenne or turmeric – will help stabilize blood sugar and burn away unhealthy fats. Not to mention spices add so much natural flavor to your meals!

If adding a spice(s) to each meal seems impossible… start small and get consistent with adding to one meal at a time!
